As part of the City Circles research project on March 20, Zef Hemel, Professor of Urban and Regional Planning (Wibaut Chair) at the University of Amsterdam, talks about using the city as a ‘brain’, as a potential space of collective intelligence, in which planning is needed because the world is fast and seems to be rushing for one crisis into another.
