Urban Farm The Plantage and WOW are celebrating the first winter harvest at WOW! The kale is fully grown now and we are ready to eat it! 
Tuesday 17 February we will serve Kale in our restaurant and will inform everyone interested on our plans for the Plantage. Curious what our cooks can do with this delicacy? Expect something Southern American, something Asian and something traditional! Be surprised!
During dinner the people of the PlantageLab will tell you more on this urban farm in the inner courtyard of the WOW complex. Afterwards, from 20:00 onwards, there’s the opportunity to share ideas on the further development of the urban garden.
